I have studied meditation and have trained as a complementary therapist (reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage), an NLP coach and as a children’s yoga teacher. I teach open meditation and creative visualisation classes for adults and creative children’s yoga classes privately in schools and nurseries.
