I am a certified yoga teacher and retreat organiser, bringing regular yoga classes, workshops and retreats to Bath, UK and beyond. My training includes Hatha, Vinyasa, and Anusara yoga. I have found inspiration, sanctuary and strength in the practice and I believe everyone can benefit from it.
