I teach people how to close their eyes and observe their breath and their thoughts. I help people to learn how their minds work, which helps them to achieve greater health and wellbeing. I give 1-1 tuition or teach small groups. Alternatively, I can teach you in the comfort of your own home or online via Skype or FaceTime.
I offer yoga to everybody in the London and Essex area; whether it’s a regular weekly class, in the workplace or a private 1-2-1 session, I would love to help you on your Yoga journey. Meditation and mindfulness also offered.
