I am a fully qualified mindfulness coach with over 12 years class room and pastoral experience within secondary school education. I specialise in helping children and teenagers with low mood, exam stress, social anxiety triggers, insomnia and in using social media mindfully. I also offer mindfulness classes and mini retreats for adults.
Pinky teaches what we didn’t learn at school – self awareness and self improvement. She offers 1-2-1 coaching, runs workshops and meet-ups as well as blogs and other projects to help you take care of your psychological, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
